We are Eddie and Lisa Coutras and we live in Franklin, TN. We’ve own and operated a digital marketing/publishing firm for almost 30 years. When we’re not working, we spend most of our time relaxing or playing at one of our two waterfront homes.

We have worked tirelessly to make our homes a special place for our guests to enjoy and love to give everyone a 5-star experience. We have tried to include every amenity you could possibly need during your stay.

We especially love the emerald coast and you’ll find us in the pan handle several times a year. Like a big kid in a sandbox, Eddie is usually sculpting sand castles and various creatures every day. Check out some of his work below.
