Check-out is before 10AM (central time). Our home is professionally cleaned at each checkout but if you could please help with the below,

• Deposit all trash in the nearest trash chute located next to the elevators.
• Place all dishes and utensils in the dish washer and set to wash cycle.
• Do not leave any food out.
• Leave all the bed linen on the beds.
• Place all dirty towels in the bath tubs.
• Close and LOCK both balcony doors.
• Turn off all lights.
• Ensure that all appliances are turned off.
• Double check the house to ensure you have not left anything behind, including phone chargers, laptop cords, jewelry, passports, wallets, clothing and toys.
• Please check to be sure toilets are not flowing.
• Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind.
• Log out of your SmartTV accounts (Netflix, HBO, etc.).
• Notify owner via text of departure (615-948-4552).
